As a renter I've had an absolute pleasure with the team at Liberty Property Services.  After needing to find a place to rent during lockdown in 2021, they were fantastic.  The other property managers I engaged with at the time were really sub-par doing the bare minimum.  The rental experience itself was also fantastic - if I'm ever looking for another rental in the Blue Mountains in the distant future I'll be back!  And if I have a property needing management I'll be going straight to Liberty.

I have used Liberty Property Services as a tenant, landlord and more recently with the sale of our property.  Leanne was an excellent Property Manager and I would not hesitate to recommend her.  She was always approachable, friendly and highly professional.  She took excellent care of my tenant and also my needs as a landlord.  Anything that came up was dealt with promptly and efficiently.  Nothing was too much trouble.  When it came time to sell, Marc took the time to understand our expectations, create a beautiful marketing campaign and then managed to find us the perfect buyer.  It's always easier to hand over your home when you know it's going to the right person!  Marc and Leanne managed everything for me and I felt complete trust in their care.  I cannot thank them enough for making the experience so easy!
