As a renter I've had an absolute pleasure with the team at Liberty Property Services.  After needing to find a place to rent during lockdown in 2021, they were fantastic.  The other property managers I engaged with at the time were really sub-par doing the bare minimum.  The rental experience itself was also fantastic - if I'm ever looking for another rental in the Blue Mountains in the distant future I'll be back!  And if I have a property needing management I'll be going straight to Liberty.

I can't say enough about how well Leanne has managed my property for at least 5 years. She is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Most important to me, as a landlord who doesn't live in the local area, her communication has been great - always answering my questions and providing information promptly and respectfully; never hassling but always on top of things. When it came time for me to sell last month, she introduced me to Marc. I can say no less of Marc. I couldn't meet him in person, but I found him to be absolutely professional and approachable, with sound advice and equally great communication. I have used Liberty Property Services as a tenant, landlord and more recently with the sale of our property.  Leanne was an excellent Property Manager and I would not hesitate to recommend her.  She was always approachable, friendly and highly professional.  She took excellent care of my tenant and also my needs as a landlord.  Anything that came up was dealt with promptly and efficiently.  Nothing was too much trouble.  When it came time to sell, Marc took the time to understand our expectations, create a beautiful marketing campaign and then managed to find us the perfect buyer.  It's always easier to hand over your home when you know it's going to the right person!  Marc and Leanne managed everything for me and I felt complete trust in their care.  I cannot thank them enough for making the experience so easy!

You gave sound advice then, and helped us prepare ourselves for a renovation in numerous ways. Your knowledge of landlord issues - for both holiday lets and permanent lets - helped us with decisions and your professionalism was amazing throughout! You know the laws and procedures so well, and you have a wealth of experience to draw on. We have appreciated and benefited from your knowledge and experience. You have been extremely thorough to guide us through what was, for us, a new experience. When we found things difficult, you helped us prioritise and get the required results. We are sure that we were not the easiest landlords that you have had to deal with, but you dealt with us gently.
